ORDINANCE 2001-09
GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO FARIBAULT HARLEY DAVIDSON, INC. FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTINUING
TWO BILLBOARD SIGNS ON PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AS DEDICATED IN THE PLAT OF HOFMEISTER
ADDITION (WEST AIRPORT DRIVE)
WHEREAS, Faribault Harley Davidson, Inc. has requested the City of Faribault grant
a franchise for the purpose of continuing two billboard signs on the public right-of-way
of West Airport Drive within the City of Faribault, County of Rice, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on the 26th day of June, 2001, following proper notice,
held a public hearing to consider the proposed amendment and all interested persons
were provided with an opportunity to comment; and
WHEREAS, there are no plans for construction of West Airport Drive in the near future.
THE CITY OF FARIBAULT ORDAINS:
