ORDINANCE 98-05
GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO LEGACY LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PLACING
A BUSINESS SIGN ON THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OF NEWHALL DRIVE
WHEREAS, by Resolution 96-181, the City Council has approved the plat of The Highlands
At The Legacy presented by Legacy Land Development Company; and
WHEREAS, the plat contemplated the placement of an island in Newhall Drive at the
intersection with Parshall Street which the developer would maintain and in which
the developer would maintain a sign identifying the development; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Director has reviewed the plans and established restrictions
for the signage and landscaping consistent with the development agreement with Legacy
Land Development Company; therefore
THE CITY OF FARIBAULT ORDAINS:
