ORDINANCE 83-23
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO FARIBAULT CANNING COMPANY, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS
AND ASSIGNS TO CONSTRUCT A SKYWAY PRODUCTION FACILITY OVER 15TH STREET NORTHWEST
Whereas, the Faribault Canning Company, Inc., has requested the city to grant it a
franchise for a period of twenty years to construct a skyway production facility over
15th Street N.W. connecting its production plant with its warehouse facilities; and
Whereas, the city has, after public notice pursuant to Charter, conducted a public
hearing and determined such requested facility will not adversely effect the public
and is in the best interest of the economy of the city; therefore
The City of Faribault ordains:
