ORDINANCE 90-23
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO CASHIN CORNER PLAZA FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING
AN IDENTIFICATION SIGN ON PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO 8TH AVENUE NORTHWEST
Whereas, Robert Cashin, on behalf of Corner Plaza, has requested the City of Faribault
to grant it a franchise for the purpose of constructing an identification sign on
public right-of-way; and,
Whereas, the city has conducted a public hearing notice pursuant to the City Charter,
and determined that the requested identification sign will not adversely affect the
public; and,
Whereas, due to the space limitations in and around the plaza's northeast entrance,
no alternative sign locations are available; and
The City of Faribault ordains:
